This card is issued by DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, Inc. ("DiBella's") and may be used for purchases at any DiBella's location. Treat your DiBella's gift card like cash. Your DiBella's gift card is reloadable and can be reused after new funds are loaded. This card cannot be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed. There will be a $0.10 inactivity fee for each month there is a balance remaining on the card, beginning on the 25th month after 24 consecutive months of inactivity.* Gift card funds will expire 5 years from the date of purchase or the date funds were last loaded to the card, whichever is later. ** Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
