The T&Cs provide important information about things like the charges we bill you, privacy information and our network management practices. Prepaid services, e-coupons and gift cards are non−refundable.
The T&Cs require mandatory individual arbitration of disputes between us, unless you affirmatively opt-out within 30 days using the procedures in the T&Cs. You also have 14 days to cancel your T-Mobile Services for any reason.
